Throughout history, Jesus has given His church faithful men and women who proclaimed His deeds for the salvation of the world. Jesus alone was their strength and hope in their daily lives, He gets all the credit! He alone enables us to make the good confession too—joyfully expressing our faith in the same Lord in our words and actions here. Through Jesus, we’re free to confess Him and His saving work at our school, our work, our home, our neighborhood—to those who applaud us and those who mock us, to those who love us and to those who hate us; we’re free to boldly proclaim, “I know Him,” confident that we’ll meet Him face-to-face someday, no matter what.
