Bible Study
"Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Psalm 119:105
God's Word illuminates our dark and confused lives. The living, active Word flies off the page when we study, becoming practical wisdom which we can apply to our own lives. This is why we study the scriptures as Christians. We study together with fellow believers so that we can grow together as the body of Christ, sharpen one another with wisdom and experience, and be rooted more firmly in the faith of the whole Church.

On any given day in Bible class at Zion, we study deeply by reading the scriptures, listen to insight from the pastors, discuss questions in small groups, and perhaps even break out the crayons for small crafts and activities! Many people bring their own personal Bibles to mark up verses and take notes, but we do have Bibles available to use if you don't bring your own. We study all kinds of topics from Philippians to funerals, hymns to Hebrews, and even tougher works like Revelation and current events. Questions are encouraged as we work through these studies.

Zion has two options for Bible study each week:
Sunday Bible class takes place in the church basement between our two worship services (9:45-10:40am). If you can't come in person, contact Pastor Otto to receive the link to the Zoom.
Tuesday Bible class also takes place in the church basement from 1:00-2:30pm. If you can't come in person, contact Kristin Nistler to receive the link to the Zoom.
